1. PLATFORM ROLE
RasoiJobs acts solely as an intermediary connecting employers and job seekers.
We do not guarantee hiring outcomes.
 
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
Misrepresentation of identity or false documents may lead to account suspension and may face further legal proceedings under applicable laws.
 
3. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions are prepaid.
• Fees are non-transferable.
• GST is applicable as per Indian law.
• Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Lavanvit Innovations LLP shall not be liable for employment disputes, hiring decisions, or consequential damages.
• Liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in preceding three months.

 5. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or legal violations.
 
6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
